Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as an intern of the VP office. This role assists the Vice President Head of Customer Services China office in both business projects analysis and team events support aspects.
Main activities
·
Projects Research
·
Conduct research and analysis to support ongoing business projects.
·
Contribute to the study/analysis of the aviation services market and regulations.
·
Team Engagement Activities
·
Support Customer Services China internal events e.g. Town Halls, team events and workshops etc.
·
VP Office Operations
·
Provide support for VP office operations on request.
Outputs
·
Insightful analysis tailored to business needs.
·
Creative and engaging Customer Services China events.
·
Smooth operation of VP office.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor degree or above (preferred fields: Business Administration, Engineering).
Skills:
- Good at office software skills, slides, video editing skill is a plus.
- High level of proactivity and willingness to help.
- Able to manage multi-tasks.
- Good communication skills.
- Pursuing excellence as a habit.
- Ability to structure & simplify.
- English: advanced in oral and written.
