An offer entitled "Digital Project leader for Connected Services (m/f)" has just opened within Airbus Helicopters. 

You will join the AH Digital Directorate, to set up, to drive and to monitor the delivery of Digital projects, related to the AH Connected Services Department activities.

The Connected Services Department leverages operational in-service and maintenance data to optimize and digitalize existing services and to improve profitability and mission performance.

Your main activities :

· 
Work in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations combine the Strategy, Organization and Culture to create an effective environment for delivery of results.

Engage and motivate the people (involved and stakeholders / customers) to promote Self-reflection, Self-management, Communication and Teamwork.

Manage Conflicts and Negotiation to achieve optimized results for the business.

Define and develop the objectives hierarchy of the project or product using appropriate strategies, methods and tools.

· 
Engage stakeholders in a governance that ensures effective use of time, budget and achievement of quality.

· 
Integrate processes and people from other functions (matrix organizations).

· 
Ensure effective integration of lessons learnt. Ensure active risk and opportunity and contract (internal or external) management.

· 
Ensure effective management of partners and suppliers.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

· 
3-5 years’ experience in related area

· 
Strong experience in IT operation management

· 
Familiar with Agile methodology, SAFe methodology experience would be a plus

· 
Good knowledge of web and mobile apps technologies would be a plus

· 
Partners and External service providers management

· 
Negotiation with internal customers

· 
Strong focus on People, quality, planning and customer satisfaction

· 
Appetite for teamwork, transparency and facilitation 

· 
Rigorous, autonomous, good team spirit and customer orientation

· 
Advanced level in English
