Descrição da vaga : Estágio Administrativo - Pintura

Localidade: Itajubá - MG
Modalidade: Presencial

Horário: das 7h às 14h

Principais atividades:

· 
Apoiar na organização e controle de documentos e registros do setor;

· 
Auxiliar na gestão de materiais e insumos utilizados na pintura;

· 
Acompanhar e apoiar a equipe em atividades administrativas e operacionais;

· 
Dar suporte em processos de melhoria contínua e organização do ambiente de trabalho;

· 
Contribuir com a comunicação entre setores.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

· 
Cursando ensino superior em Administração ou áreas correlatas; 

· 
Inglês intermediário;

· 
Ter disponibilidade para estagiar presencialmente (30 horas semanais) na Helibras de Itajubá por no mínimo 1 ano;

· 
Interesse em aprender.

Position description: Administrative Internship - Painting

Location: Itajubá - MG

Type: In-person

Hours: 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Main activities:

· 
Support the organization and control of documents and records in the sector;

· 
Assist in the management of materials and supplies used in painting;

· 
Monitor and support the team in administrative and operational activities;

· 
Provide support in continuous improvement processes and workplace organization;

· 
Contribute to communication between sectors.

Mandatory requirements:

· 
Currently enrolled in a college program in Business Administration or related fields;

· 
Intermediate English;

· 
Availability to intern in person (30 hours per week) at Helibras in Itajubá for at least 1 year;

· 
Interest in learning.
