  Tasks:

· 
Integration of customer systems and data into Airbus Protect's MSSP tool and platform landscape

· 
Supporting in day-to-day operational tasks within the Managed Security Service (MSS)

· 
Assist in deploying and configuring foundational Azure resources for new customers or for internal stakeholders

· 
Capturing and analyzing specific customer requirements

· 
Assisting in the creation of customer documentation

· 
Supporting operational task  and trouble shooting in relation to new customer deployment and  own cloud infrastructure 

· 
Act as a technical point of contact during the customer onboarding phase, providing support for  connectivity and configuration issues to ensure a smooth transition

· 
Onboard customers into our security services by deploying and connecting Azure Sentinel and Microsoft Defender for Cloud, ensuring log data from critical sources is successfully ingested

· 
Supporting User Account  Management

Required qualification:

The work task requires knowledge and skills, which are usually acquired through a relevant, completed vocational training of at least three years in the area Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology or similar or comparable training and extensive subject-specific additional qualifications. Knowledge and skills that are usually acquired through qualified further training (e. g. technicians) are treated equally. The overall knowledge and experience required may have been acquired in other ways

Required expertise and skills:

· 
Knowledge and experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility

· 
Experience  in security engineering  Windows/AD, Linux, Network and Cloud technologies

· 
Knowledge and experience with Azure Cloud Operations & Administration ,

· 
Experience in popular programming/scripting  language e.g. Python, Bash, Powershell, and DevOps, CI/CD pipeline

· 
A results-driven mentality with the personal initiative to drive projects forward from concept to completion. You are able to navigate ambiguity and start working effectively even when instructions are not perfectly defined

· 
A curious and constructively challenging mindset, constantly seeking to improve processes  and proposing innovative solutions. You have exceptional analytical skills to solve complex problems under pressure.

· 
A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic and transnational environment and is committed to sharing knowledge to elevate the team's collective expertise

· 
Very good written and spoken German and English skills 

· 
Willingness for occasional business trips at home and abroad
