We are looking for a Business Operations Support to join our GBS team.
Responsibilities - your mission
Our Information Management (IM) department for Corporate Functions and Transverse Products is partnering with all Airbus business functions: from touching Airbus employees in all divisions with our HR and Finance solutions, driving the group-wide strategy for Advanced Analytics & AI, right through to integrating our data-driven capabilities like Skywise in our Customer Airlines.
As PMO for Finance & Business Operations your main responsibilities will be

Handle monthly financial consolidation and reporting, including purchase order tracking.
·
Support the preparation of quarterly financial forecasts and annual operational plans.
·
Consolidate project workloads and assist with capacity balancing.
·
Track monthly headcount and job requisitions, and support for the annual operational plan.
·
Lead, track, and report on key projects and KPIs, making sure all deadlines are met.
·
Lead change management and standardization initiatives to improve processes.
·
Use your knowledge of Looker Studio to develop and maintain insightful data dashboards.
·
Take a proactive approach to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across all tasks.

Our ideal candidate is a proactive and collaborative team member with a strong focus on results and continuous improvement. We are looking for someone who has:

A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
·
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
·
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
·
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process enhancement.
·
Experience with change management and standardizing processes.
·
Knowledge of Google Suite
·
Knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Looker Studio, to create insightful reports and dashboards.
