Job Description

• Assist new team members with their orientation day and with the documents required and introduce them to their work environment.

• Create and post job positions in different job portals.

• Assist in the management of internal communication.

• Follow-up of team training.

• Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies, and guidelines.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information. •

Update internal databases with new employee information.

• Other related duties in the HR department.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

·  Warm and caring personality
·  Recent or current hospitality graduates
·  Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
·  Strong social and communication skills to build valued relationships with staff members.
