Job Description

·  Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
·  Maintain employee records and update the HRIS database with accuracy and confidentiality
·  Support the onboarding process for new hires and assist in organizing company events and cultural initiatives
·  Help prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed
·  Assist in the administration of employee benefits, leave management, and performance management processes
·  Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support
·  Collaborate with the HR team on various projects to improve employee experience and maintain HR policies

Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; fresh graduates with relevant knowledge are welcome to apply
·  Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
·  Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
·  Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to take initiative
