Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative T&C Coordinator to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the daily work experience of our employees through training and coordination initiatives.
· Coordinate and manage the implementation of training programs for employees across various departments
· Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials and resources
· Organize and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars
· Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored programs
· Manage the company's learning management system and track employee training progress
· Coordinate with external training providers and consultants as needed
· Support the organization and execution of employee engagement activities
· Assist in the management of company-provided amenities such as employee cafeteria, uniforms, and lockers
· Coordinate with partnered clinics to organize and implement regular health check-ups for employees
· Support the operation of the Safety and Health Committee
· Assist with other HR functions as needed, including recruitment, payroll, and performance management
· Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and certifications
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
· Minimum of 1 year experience in HR, preferably in a training and development role
· Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
· Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
· Knowledge of training and development best practices and adult learning principles
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
· Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
· Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms is preferred
· Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and regulations is a plus
· Health and Safety Officer certification or willingness to obtain one is desirable
