Job Summary/Purpose:
The Spa Coordinator is responsible for all arrivals & departures & calls of all guests who come to Spa as per SOPs. They are responsible for providing customized attention, anticipating the guest / members’ needs. Appropriate and genuine guest communication and engagement is essential to the success of this role. The reception role supports the overall operation within spa department.
· Adhere the standard operating procedures.
· Review daily productivity / operation.
· Monitor scheduling of all services and special programming.
· Support spa team with any daily / monthly reports required by finance.
· Maintain a spa database for ongoing guest communication.
· Monitor scheduling of all services and special programming.
· Work towards retail and treatment revenue goals set by the department.
· Communicate guest preferences to relevant departments and co-workers.
· Maintain inventory and stocking of all reception materials and their accurate records as required by provincial regulations.
· Maintain cleanliness of spa testers and accurate supply of products on the shelves
· Maintain accurate accounting procedures for monetary transactions and reconcile all of them by the end of the work shift.
· Maintain the confidentiality policy for all spa / member guests and employees.
· Maintain a neat and orderly work area consistent with the high standards of the facility.
· Tour prospective spa Guests.
· Provide and take responsibility for the professional delivery of all information on the telephone and in person to all potential spa Guests.
· Promote all hotel and spa packages and promotions.
· Establishment of ongoing administrative controls.
· Communications: respond / review voice-mail and e-mail messages.
· Operate point of sale system and collect payments from clients for all services rendered.
