Job Description

As part of a work-study apprenticeship we are seeking a Sales Performance Analyst to join our Global Sales Luxury & Lifestyle team, based in our global HQ in Issy-Les-Moulineaux, France.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive sales performance and optimize strategies.

·  Sales Data Analysis : Collect, organize, and analyze sales performance data from multiple regions, brands, and distribution channels. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends to evaluate sales performance globally.
·  Reporting & Dashboards : Develop, maintain, and distribute regular sales performance reports and dashboards to provide leadership with data-driven insights. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of global sales metrics.
·  Forecasting: Assist with the development of sales forecasts. Collaborate with the sales directors to align forecasts with business goals.
·  Sales Strategy Support : Work closely with the Accounts Managers and the Hotel Sales Relation functions across our different Business Units to monitor the success of sales initiatives. Provide insights that help refine strategies, identify potential sales opportunities, and address any performance gaps.
·  Sales Tools & Systems : Support the optimization of sales performance tools, such as CRM platforms, ensuring accurate data input and use. Collaborate with data and sales teams to improve tool efficiency.
·  Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with other Regional/Brands Sales, Data, Finance, and Operations teams to provide actionable insights into sales performance and align with broader business objectives.

Qualifications

·  Currently pursuing a master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field – preferably with a specialization in data analytics
·  Fluent in English (e.g. : TOEIC score C1 or above), French spoken and written
·  Strong analytical skills with experience in working with large data sets and translating data into actionable insights.
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with Power BI, Tableau and/or other data visualization tools, database management is a plus.
·  Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
·  Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment.
·  Strong verbal and written communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
·  Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
