An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the dynamic and detail-driven Events team at Fairmont St Andrews!
We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Events Manager to take the lead in planning and delivering exceptional corporate events. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at exceeding client expectations, we’d love to hear from you.
A little more about what you will be doing:

Seamlessly transition accounts from the Sales Department to the Event Planning team, ensuring continuity and a flawless client experience.

Build strong, collaborative relationships with meeting planners throughout the entire planning and execution process.

Guide clients with expertise, offering creative and practical recommendations that align with guest expectations while maximizing profitability.

Ensure operational clarity by following up on all distributed materials (BEOs, Resumes, Group Cover Sheets) to confirm understanding and alignment with planner expectations.

Act as the central point of contact between meeting planners and hotel operations during events, adapting to any spontaneous changes with agility and professionalism.

Collaborate with accounting post-event to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and final billing.

Maintain awareness of broader hotel operations including sales, rooms, and service to ensure informed decision-making.
·
Accurately forecast group revenue on a weekly basis, contributing to strategic planning and performance targets.
Qualifications
· Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
· This is a Full-Time role and will based onsite in the Hotel
