Job Description
·
Child Supervision & Safety : Monitor and ensure the safety of children aged between 6 weeks and 12 years, adhering to all health and safety protocols.

Activity Facilitation : Organize and lead age-appropriate activities, including arts and crafts, games, storytelling, and educational exercises, to promote social and cognitive development.

Customer Service : Greet parents and children warmly, address inquiries, and provide information about the Kids Club services and policies.
·
Record Keeping : Maintain accurate attendance records, emergency contact information, and incident reports as necessary.
·
Cleanliness & Maintenance : Ensure the Kids Club area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies and materials.

Policy Adherence : Follow organizational policies and procedures, including those related to child protection, emergency response, and health guidelines
Qualifications

Education : High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is advantageous.
·
Certifications : Current CPR and First Aid certifications are often required or must be obtained shortly after hiring.
·
Experience : Previous experience working with children in a childcare, educational, or recreational setting is preferred.
·
Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills, creativity in planning activities, and the ability to manage groups of children effectively.
