Job Description

·  What you will be doing:
·  Ensure knowledge of all current rate offer for the Raffles & Fairmont Makati
·  Ensure prompt and courteous service is extended to both internal and external customers
·  Processes all reservations, booking, changes and cancellations on Opera in a timely manner
·  Implements revenue management strategies through upselling

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

·  Previous experience as a Reservations Agent preferred
·  Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism or any related courses
·  Guest focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
·  Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
·  Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
·  Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
