Job Description

The Reservations Agent is in charge of booking individual and group reservations in the hotel. Furthermore s/he is supporting the Reservation  Manager in the daily tasks.

Tasks will consist of the following:

Handling of individual and group reservations.
Handling of commission inquiries
Managing third party websites
Replacing the Revenue Manager during absence
Creation of Rate Codes.
Creation of Standard Procedure Instructions

 

Qualifications

·  Work experience in a similar field is preferable;
·  Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language is preferable;
·  Good knowledge of Opera Cloud;
·  Service & guest orientated;
·  Able to work well in a team and independently;
·  Good knowledge of Word/Excel/Powerpoint;
·  Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
·  Flexible, organized, creative and enthusiastic.
