Job Description

Greeting our Guests
·
Dealing with all incoming reservations
·
Upselling outlets
·
Cross checking OTA bookings to ensure correct information is input in Opera
·
Dealing with room blocks, groups and tours
·
Maximizing departmental revenue opportunities
· Preparing reservations to ensure a smooth run of the reception tasks
Qualifications
·
Previous experience in a hotel environment
·
Opera Cloud knowledge is essential
·
ResaWeb knowledge is fundamental
·
Previous experience in a Accor hotel is a plus
Additional Information
Hours : Full Time 40 hours per week
Salary: To be confirmed
Flexibility: Monday - Sunday
Job start Date: To be confirmed
Skills: Opera Cloud, Leadership, Able to handle complex situations and guest queries, working under pressure, dealing with complaints, managing delayed flights, Assisting other departments as needed, H&S awareness, Fire Marshall and First Aid will be an advantage etc.
