Job Description
· Always provide a sense of welcome and departure to all visitors of the Hotel.
· Provide correct and accurate information in response to all enquires.
· Lead by example with regards to departmental grooming and attitude.
· Ensure that you are aware of the daily activities via Daily Round-up, Opera and diary.
· To be aware of all ongoing matters within the Hotel and any special events those are planned.
· Be aware of all daily VIP’s.
· Follow and implement all departmental procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and checklists.
· Liaise closely with the Front Office, Guest relations, Reservations, the Bell Captain and Valet to ensure guests arrivals, departures and queries are handled courteously and efficiently.
· Demonstrate the “Passion for Excellence” through serving our guests with flair and professionalism, ensuring that their requests are quickly and efficiently achieved.
· Ensure all guests are provided with personalised service and that the “Essence of Pleasure” is achieved.
· Embody the art of French hospitality through a “can do” attitude.
· Perform tasks within a timely manner.
· Assist with implementation and maintenance of Sofitel Brand Standards.
Qualifications
· Valid Australian Driver's License.
· Strong communication skills.
· Always display a professional appearance, representing our Sofitel brand.
· Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends & public holidays.
