Job Description
The candidate must be able to:
· To understand and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Must comply with the grooming standards of the company.
· To extend a courteous, friendly and professional greeting to guests as they arrive and to thank them as they depart.
· To make the seniors aware of all guest comments and guest complaints.
· To be thoroughly familiar with the service standards and procedures.
· To follow specified procedures to properly set up Pool beds stations.
· To ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the pool areas.
· To set up beach with sunbeds, umbrellas and towels and to ensure that guests are provided with clean towels, as needed.
· To fold pack the umbrellas in the evenings.
· To follow all policies and procedures of the hotel.
· To immediately report all suspicious occurrences and hazardous conditions
· To maintain safety of work areas at all times.
· To attend all mandatory meetings as directed
Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
· Minimum of one-year experience in the same position in a 5 Luxury Hotel.
· Basic knowledge of detergents and pool cleaning methods
