The hotel offers 365 beautiful, spacious rooms & suites. While for business purpose, ballroom and meeting rooms are available for conference up to 350 guests.

Job Description

• Able to create innovative menu and dishes & follow all the step for menu or new dishes implementation

• Control food wastage and report & Cost Control at all time

• Ensuring food quality delivery according the standard & applying and maintaining HACCP and Food Safety procedure

Qualifications

• 2 years experience at the same position in 5 stars International Hotel Chain

• Know the technique to maintain food cost, deliver & follow up training

• Knowledge with all Cooking Techniques & Fire prevention and safety knowledge & HACCP procedure
