Job Description

·  Ensures the processing payments and invoicing for guests, and reconcile the cash register at the end of each shift.
·  Implements standards/procedures of service for guests consistently as per attached sequence of events.
·  Contributes to a seamless guest experience by offering courteous and efficient service during check-outs and other financial interactions.

Qualifications

·  Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or any related discipline preferred.
·  Minimum of one (1) year of previous experience as an F&B cashier in a luxury hotel is desirable.
·  Highly detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
·  Knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suite is an asset
