Job Description
· Provide efficient service for guest registration and departure; maintain accurate guest accounts and provide accurate, helpful information.
· Attend to all incoming calls via the switchboard in a professional and polite manner, constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.
· Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety
· Ensure maximum guest satisfaction as well as the safety and security of the property.
Additional Information
Hours : Full Time 40 hours per week 5 nights per week 22.30pm - 07.00am
Salary: To be confirmed
Flexibility: Monday - Sunday Night shifts
Job start Date: To be confirmed
Skills: Opera Cloud, Leadership, Able to handle complex situations and guest queries, working under pressure, dealing with complaints, managing delayed flights, Assisting other departments as needed, H&S awareness, Fire Marshall and First Aid will be an advantage etc.
