We are seeking a qualified, service-minded ambassador for the Overnight Guest Service/Night Auditor position.
Overnight Guest Service Agent/Night Auditor

What you will be doing:
· Posting and balancing charges and settlements for room, restaurant and bar daily work; maintaining files, and running the computer system through nightly processing sequences to reset for the next day’s use in balancing applicable functions.
· Preparing and transmitting credit card deposits, and is able to verify accuracy of credit card transactions and batch reports.
· Will also process all city ledger work to accounting, as well as perform as a Front Desk Agent which represents the hotel to the guest throughout all stages of guests hotel experience including: reservations, check-in and check-out and any follow up communication.
· Welcome all guests in a luxury environment, completing both check-in and checkout procedures and creating a warm greeting/farewell to the departing guests.
· Handling incoming phone calls to the hotel including In-house guest requests.
· Must be able to handle any security problems and is able to report any unusual occurrences, with the assistance of the security staff.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
· Previous experience with Opera a plus or a comparable property management system (PMS).
· Must have experience working with computers, specifically Word, Excel and messaging.
· Must be able to multitask and have excellent attention to detail as well as organizational skills.
· Candidate should have a professional demeanor with an outgoing personality, be customer service oriented and committed to delivering Luxury Service.
· Must be able to work with little supervision. Required to be able provide self-direction for identifying and completing tasks.
· Minimum 1-year experience in similar position in a luxury setting or hotel school degree.
