Job Description

What you will be doing:

·  Being Creative to create Beverages
·  Ensure smooth running bar operation 
·  Assists the Asst. Outlet Manager in organizing the F&B point of sale from A to Z
·  Ensures guest satisfaction, quality and high standards of service for customers
·  Helps the point of sale attain profitable results
·  Ensure strict application of in focus SOPs and is responsible for minimum score achievement as per regular target

Qualifications

·  Minimum 1-2 years previous experience within similar role as Mixology
·  Good communications skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English
·  Good knowledge of F&B service operation especially Lobby lounge and bar operation
·  Working experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded
