Job Description
· Inventory Management:
· Ensure adequate stock levels of mini bar items, including beverages, snacks, and amenities.
· Monitor stock rotation and expiration dates to minimize waste.
· Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile with the system.
· Mini Bar Maintenance:
· Inspect mini bars daily for cleanliness, functionality, and any damage.
· Coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed.
· Ensure mini bars are properly stocked and organized before guest check-in.
· Staff Management:
· Train and supervise mini bar staff on proper stocking procedures, guest service, and cash handling.
· Schedule staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
· Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback.
· Guest Service:
· Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries related to mini bar services.
· Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
· Financial Management:
· Monitor mini bar revenue and expenses.
· Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
· Implement strategies to increase mini bar revenue and minimize costs.
· Security:
· Ensure the security of mini bar inventory and cash.
· Implement measures to prevent theft and loss.
· Comply with all hotel security policies and procedures.
Qualifications
· Previous experience in hotel operations or hospitality management.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Knowledge of inventory control and financial management.
· Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
