As the Laundry Manager at Rixos , you will be responsible for overseeing all laundry operations, ensuring that all linens, towels, and guest clothing are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. You will lead a team of laundry attendants, manage inventory, and ensure the efficient and effective operation of the laundry department.

Qualifications

·  Previous experience in a laundry management role, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort.
·  Strong leadership and team management skills.
·  Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
·  Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality.
·  Knowledge of laundry operations, equipment, and chemicals.
·  Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
·  Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
·  Fluency in English; additional languages preferred.
