Job Description

We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant to join our team! If you're passionate about maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and supporting food preparation, this is the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Perform cleaning duties in kitchen, food prep areas, scullery, and pantries, ensuring compliance with health and hygiene standards.
·  Assist with food prep, stock rotation, and maintaining cleanliness of fridges, freezers, and storage areas.
·  Support receiving, storing, and organizing stock to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications

·  Service oriented with an eye for detail
·  Time management skills with the ability to multitask  
·  Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team members 
·  Flexible and able to embrace and respond effectively to change 
·  Experience working in a commercial kitchen, preferred
·  Ability to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
