Job Description

MAIN SCOPE OF THE JOB:
The Kids Club Attendant is responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and well-organized environment within the Rixy Club. The role focuses on child supervision, safety, hygiene, and support operations , while assisting the Animator and Supervisor to deliver a positive experience for young guests and their parents.

MANDATORY (ISO IMS) COMPLIANCE

All employees must comply with the ISO Integrated Management System requirements, including Quality, Environment, Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Customer Complaint Handling systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 22000, 10002), hotel SOPs, and applicable legal regulations. Active participation in risk management, safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives is required.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety, well-being, and adherence to club rules
·  Ensure parents complete all registration and child information forms correctly
·  Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the Rixy Club area at all times
·  Prepare, arrange, and store toys, materials, and equipment properly
·  Create and maintain inventory records for toys and equipment
·  Report damaged, missing, or required replacement items to the Supervisor
·  Assist Animators during activities when required
·  Monitor children’s behavior and intervene appropriately when necessary
·  Communicate politely and professionally with parents regarding their children
·  Be prepared to provide basic first aid and report incidents according to procedures
·  Be fully aware of club timings, facilities, promotions, and prices

Qualifications

·  Experience working with children is preferred
·  Background in hospitality, childcare, education, or recreation is an advantage
·  Friendly, responsible, patient, and safety-oriented personality
