Job Description

MAIN SCOPE OF THE JOB:
The Kids Club Animator is responsible for planning, organizing, and leading engaging and age-appropriate activities for children at the Rixy Club. The role aims to create a fun, interactive, and memorable experience while ensuring the safety and satisfaction of young guests.

MANDATORY (ISO IMS) COMPLIANCE

All employees must comply with the ISO Integrated Management System requirements, including Quality, Environment, Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Customer Complaint Handling systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 22000, 10002), hotel SOPs, and applicable legal regulations. Active contribution to risk management, sustainability, and guest satisfaction initiatives is expected.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Plan, organize, and conduct daily, weekly, and monthly activity programs as instructed
·  Lead creative activities such as arts & crafts, games, sports, storytelling, and educational play
·  Engage children enthusiastically and encourage participation in activities
·  Create a welcoming, energetic, and fun atmosphere in the Rixy Club
·  Ensure children follow safety rules and club guidelines during activities
·  Communicate effectively with parents regarding activities and children’s participation
·  Coordinate with Attendants and other departments to ensure smooth operations
·  Assist in setting up and dismantling activity areas and equipment
·  Collect feedback from children and parents to improve activity programs
·  Be prepared to handle emergencies and ensure incidents are documented and reported
·  Be fully knowledgeable about club schedules, facilities, promotions, and prices

Qualifications

·  Previous experience as a Kids Club Animator, entertainer, or activity leader is highly preferred
·  Background in education, recreation, hospitality, sports, or performing arts is an advantage
·  Energetic, creative, confident, and child-focused personality
