Job Description

We are seeking a talented and innovative  Content Creator  to join our creative Marketing Team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging video/photo contents for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

He/She should have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, video/photo editing, and motion graphics to create compelling content that aligns with brand strategies and audience engagement goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality video/photo content for multiple platforms.

· 
Develop creative video/photo ideas that align with Pullman branding and marketing strategies.

· 
Collaborate with public relation, designers, and marketing teams to create visually appealing and impactful content.

· 
Edit raw footage into polished videos, incorporating animations, transitions, music, and effects.

· 
Stay up-to-date with Hospitality and food & beverages industry trends, video techniques, and emerging technologies.

· 
Manage all aspects of photo/video production, including lighting, audio, and set design when necessary.

· 
Ensure all video/photo content meets brand guidelines and maintains a high production value.

· 
Work closely with clients and other department managers to understand project goals and deliver accordingly.

· 
Optimize video/photo content for various platforms, ensuring compatibility and maximum reach.

· 
Create video/photo concepts, storyboards, and shot lists to plan content effectively.

· 
Experiment with different video styles, including stop-motion, time-lapse, and animation.

· 
Develop engaging behind-the-scenes content, interviews, and documentary-style videos.

· 
Research and incorporate trending visual effects and motion graphics to enhance content quality.

· 
Repurpose long-form content into shorter, engaging clips for social media platforms.

· 
Develop creative promotional videos/photo, advertisements, and brand storytelling pieces.

· 
Brainstorm and execute interactive video/photo experiences for digital campaigns.

· 
Capture and edit live event footage, ensuring dynamic and engaging coverage.

· 
Collaborate with influencers and content creators to produce engaging co-branded content.

Qualifications

· 
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Film Production, Communications, or a related field.

· 
Experience in Event, Hospitality or Food & Beverage is a must.

· 
Proven experience as a Video Content Creator, Videographer, Photographer, or Video Editor in a creative agency or similar setting.

· 
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.

· 
Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting techniques, and sound design.

· 
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

· 
Creative mindset with excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.

· 
Understanding of social media trends and best practices for video/photo content.

· 
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· 
Passion on Hotel Industry.

Additional Information

Prior experience in Hospitality is a must.
