You are responsible for the quality of the maintenance in the rooms ️ and common areas.

Thanks to your sense of detail, Mama will remain as good as new, ensuring our guests can have a perfect experience. 

Direct coordinator between the subcontracting company & Mama, you control the work carried out and ensure the proper application of the cleaning contract.

You coordinate with the various internal and external services.

You’re in charge of the orders for the laundry and non-consumables (hospitality products and equipment in the room). 

As a head of service, you are on the lookout for any malfunctions ⚠️, comments , and customer complaints. ‍♂️

Qualifications

Housekeeping & Laundry Manager:   officially we title this job a Housekeeping Manager, but in other centers it may be called an Environmental Services Manager, Housekeeping Supervisor, Director of Sanitation or Janitor. 

 

What we need from you :

·  Experience in housekeeping supervisory/manager role
·  Prior experience working for a Long Term or Post-Acute Care setting is desirable.
·  Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and be 18 years of age or older
·  Must be physically capable of walking and prolonged standing, bending, pushing and pulling weights exceeding 150 lbs.
·  Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment physical and criminal history background check
