Located in Rosehill, just minutes away from the Rosehill Racecourse. With 165 guest rooms, 2 conference spaces, a restaurant and bar, a team of friendly and dedicated hospitality professionals, and Parramatta CBD at our door step, where else would you want to be?
Job Description
· Drive results through unwavering standards of cleanliness, quality & efficiency
· Focusing on rostering and productivity
· Training and development of team members
· Daily checking of guest rooms and designated staff areas, ensuring high levels of cleanliness are maintained according to Hotel standards
· Liaise with other departments and external suppliers
· Promoting a safe working environment
· Physical work when required working in high pressure environments
Qualifications
· Experience managing teams and collaborating with business stakeholders
· High attention to detail
· Strong communication skills
· Experience in coordinating rosters and approving payroll
· The ability to achieve results in a fast paced environment
· Effective computer skills
· A passion for guest satisfaction
· Familiar with Risk Management, WHS legislation and Sustainability Practices
· Full working rights in Australia
· Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
