Job Description

·  Overseeing all aspects of the resort’s Housekeeping & Laundry operations to ensure clean and well–maintained accommodations and public areas.
·  Ensuring adherence to brand, sustainability and safety standards.
·  Developing and executing the housekeeping budget.
·  Adapting a guest centric approach by analyzing guest data and creative action planning.
·  Training and developing the housekeeping team while motivating and engaging them to continuously deliver the best possible service.

Qualifications

·  Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same position in 5-star luxury hotels or resorts
·  Native Arabic language.
·  Full professional proficiency in English.
·  Strong professional proficiency in Microsoft Office.
·  Ability to work in semi-remote locations.
·  Proactive and target oriented mindset.
·  Efficient and influencing verbal and written communicator.
·  An eye for detail and feeling for esthetics.
·  Strong financial acumen.
·  Team player.
·  Empowering and enabling leadership.
·  Guest centric operator.
