Job Description
· To assist dispatching check in, check out and room deliveries requests ensuring a smooth daily operation.
· To maintain a clean and organized concierge storage area.
· To handle all administrative and technical responsibilities such as but not limited (Invoice submission, keeping the tracking sheets up to date etc..)
Qualifications
Educational Background
· High School Diploma : Minimum requirement; a degree in hospitality or related field is preferred.
· Certification : Hospitality management certifications can be advantageous.
Experience
· Previous Experience : Experience in customer service or hospitality roles, ideally in a hotel or resort setting.
· Management Experience : Supervisory experience can be beneficial.
Skills
· Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication to interact effectively with guests and staff.
· Interpersonal Skills : Ability to build rapport with guests and address their needs promptly.
Personal Attributes
· Customer-Centric Attitude : Passion for providing excellent service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
· Team Player : Ability to collaborate with various departments within the hotel.
