Pullman Auckland is looking for a talented and passionate Front Office Team Leader wishing to take the next step up in one’s career and use their talent to create a vibrant culture within the Front Office team at the largest Accor property in New Zealand.
Job Description
PLAY TO YOUR STRENGTHS
· Coaching the team to ensure that every member is confident in providing valuable insider information about tourist attractions and restaurants to hotel guests
· Assist in the hotel Front Office Operations
· Establish on-going On the Job Training within the department to meet brand and service essentials, using department procedure manuals as a base for all service procedures and training.
· Assisting in recruitment activities, seeking staff who are passionate and have a natural inclination towards customer focused service.

Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, ideally you also have:
· Previous Front Office experience is essential, as well as a proven track record of managing and motivating a team
· Knowledge of Opera Cloud has its advantageous
· Exposure in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment
· Ability to remain calm and diplomatic when under pressure, providing flexible solutions throughout
· Be a skilled negotiator to resolve a range of guest and employee concerns
· Immaculate personal presentation and high level of communication – both verbal &written
· Hold a Valid New Zealand's Drivers Licence
