Job Description

·  Supervise and support the Front Office team to deliver outstanding customer service
·  Ensure smooth daily operations at the Front Desk including processes such as; check ins, check outs, & guest requests
·  Resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
·  Lead by example, with high energy, a ‘can-do’ attitude and true passion for guest experience.
·  Champion upselling, making sure Department targets are met.
·  Handle and manage transactions, billing, and guest accounts.
·  Build relationships and rapport with other Departments to assist in the smooth running of the Hotel operation.
·  Seek out opportunities to create special moments and experiences for our guests.

Qualifications

·  Previous experience in a Front Office leadership role within a Hotel or Resort
·  Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
·  Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
·  Proficiency in Opera
·  Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
·  Full working rights in Australia
