Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Front Office Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in front office operations while contributing to the overall efficiency of our organization.
· Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
· Manage incoming calls, directing them to appropriate personnel and taking messages when necessary
· Maintain a clean and organized front office area, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere
· Assist in handling inquiries and providing information about the company's products or services
· Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing documents
· Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth front office operations
· Participate in special projects and initiatives to improve front office efficiency
· Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures
· Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional image of the organization
Qualifications
· Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
