Job Description

Turning moments into memories for our guests and owners by being an ambassadors for our brand, our property and our community.  As a Front Desk / Concierge, you will use your passion for personalized guest service by creating an exceptional owner journey.  You are committed to taking care of the Owners and Guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure.

What you will be doing:

Reporting to the Director, Residences, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

·  Handle the day-to-day operations and ensure service standard are followed with friendly and engagement service
·  Handle the Owner arrival experience, departure experience, requests & concerns; and react quickly to guarantee memorable moments for our Owners & Guests
·  Insure Owner homes meet standards of quality and cleanliness by performing home inspections
·  Perform light housekeeping and maintenance duties as required
·  Responsible for the Manager on Duty and Night Audit procedures
·  Ensure all service standard are followed with friendly and engaging service, handle owner concerns and react quickly
·  Proudly be an ambassador of the property and brand, promoting our facilities
·  Follow department policies, procedures, PCI and service standards
·  Follow all healthy & safety policies
·  Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

·  Customer service experience is an asset
·  Prior experience working in Hotel or Residential Property
·  Prior experience working with Hotel operating system
·  Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
·  Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
·  Outstanding guest services skills and sophisticated verbal communication skills
·  Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
·  Highly responsible & reliable
·  Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
·  Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
·  Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to): 

·  Frequent standing and walking throughout shift
·  Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
·  Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
·  Frequent standing and walking throughout shift
·  Ability to move and lift up to 25lbs.

Visa Requirements:  You must provide proof that you are legally entitled to work in the United States.  Employment is conditional upon your ability to produce acceptable documentation establishing that you are legally entitled to work in the United States within three days of your date of hire.
