Job Description

The brand new ibis Styles London Gatwick Airport opened in early 2024 and is home to a busy open-plan bar and restaurant. We're on the hunt for an F&B Supervisor (officially known as a Guest Service Manager) to look after our guests and lead and support the F&B team on shift. Working full-time,  40 hours a week, you'll be a visible presence in the lounge; serving and welcoming guests, taking orders, supporting the team and looking for opportunities to drive revenue. In return, we're offering an annual salary of £26,000 and benefits which include hotel discounts, a day off for your birthday and more.

The ideal candidate will have around two year's experience working front-of-house in a hotel or high-street restaurant in a supervisory role. You'll have a friendly demeanour, be efficient and reliable and know how to inspire your colleagues by setting a great example.

ibis Styles Gatwick Airport hotel will have over 180 bedrooms and will be welcoming international guests, business travellers, families and people heading off on holiday so we're expecting it to be a bustling and vibrant hotel. As F&B Supervisor, you'll be key to ensuring that they enjoy a great dining experience during their visit and will want to come back again soon! As you'll be serving alcohol, we do require applicants to be 18 years of age or older.

You will be working weekend and midweek shifts, both early and late to cover our breakfast and dinner service, so flexibility around shift availability is required.
