Food & Beverage Supervisor

Passionate about guest interaction, food and beverage? As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests.

What you will be doing:

·  Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
·  To supervise the team on duty to ensure they complete all duties and tasks and to ensure our guests receive the best possible guest experience
·  To assist the manager in all areas of the Food and Beverage Department.
·  Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
·  Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
·  Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
·  Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
·  Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
·  Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

·  Previous experience in similar roles is preferable
·  Friendly, approachable with excellent customer service skills
·  Attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
·  Strong team player and positive attitude
·  Ability to work effectively under pressure
·  Essential to be flexible with working hours
·  Must already have the right to work in the UK

·  Our hotel comprises 307 bedrooms, Bar and Restaurant
·  Our ever growing F&B team is currently 12 team members divide in between Bar and Restaurant
