Job Description

·  Ensures the orderly and timely execution of the Housekeeping operation.
·  Assists in making the employee's work schedules, taking into account fair distribution of tasks, consistency and expected efficiency.
·  Prepares relevant annual performance reports for the Housekeeping Attendant.
·  Handles guest requests or complaints quickly and effectively and informs the Housekeeping Manager about the complaints.

Qualifications

·  Good command of English,
·  At least 2 years of experience in a similar position,
·  Good communication and organizational skills.
·  Successful in team management.

Customer related experience an asset
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation
