Design and implement strategies to maintain and elevate the food and beverage experience at our hotel.

Lead all department operations, ensuring quality and hygiene in every service.

Collaborate with the Executive Chef and suppliers to create unique menus that surprise and delight our guests.

Manage the budget and ensure compliance with quality standards and profitability goals.
·
Lead and develop the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications

Proven experience in leadership positions within the food and beverage sector, preferably in the hotel industry.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

In-depth knowledge of culinary trends and the hospitality industry.
