Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Spa Receptionist / Agent to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. As the first point of contact for our spa guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere while ensuring smooth operations of our spa facility.

·  Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
·  Schedule appointments and manage bookings for spa services
·  Provide detailed information about spa treatments, packages, and promotions
·  Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns with empathy and efficiency
·  Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately
·  Maintain a clean and organized reception area
·  Coordinate with spa therapists to ensure timely service delivery
·  Assist in inventory management of spa products and supplies
·  Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones and responding to emails
·  Promote spa services and products to enhance guest experience and drive sales

Qualifications

·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·  Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and supportive demeanor
·  Proficiency in scheduling and booking systems
·  Basic computer skills, including MS Office and email
·  Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
·  Previous experience in spa, hospitality, or customer service roles preferred
·  Additional certifications in hospitality or spa management a plus
·  Knowledge of spa treatments and services preferred
