Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven General Manager to lead our organization in Istanbul, Turkey. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business operations, driving growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

·  Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve short-term and long-term business objectives
·  Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
·  Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
·  Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective sales and marketing strategies
·  Ensure operational efficiency and excellence across all departments
·  Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors
·  Stay abreast of industry trends and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge
·  Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
·  Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence
·  Manage crisis situations and implement effective solutions to minimize business disruptions
·  Represent the company at industry events and in the local business community

Qualifications

·  Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a General Manager or similar position
·  Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
·  Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
·  Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
·  Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
·  Solid financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
·  Proficiency in change management and ability to lead organizations through periods of growth or transformation
·  Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
·  Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
·  Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
·  Proficiency in relevant business software and technologies
·  Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
·  Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently
·  Fluency in English and Turkish; additional language skills are a plus
·  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is preferred
