Job Description

In this crucial role of you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the hotels operation, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and the safety and security of our property. 

·  Manager on shift to oversee the day to day running of the Hotel operation in the absence of the General Manager
·   Ability to problem solve and creative solution maker to ensure guest satisfaction.  
·  VIPs and loyalty members are well cared for and needs meet and expectations exceeded.
·  Oversee staff and assist with training and development
· 
Overseeing, mainly Front Office: telephones, portering, security, parking.

· 
Effective supervision of guest arrivals and departures ensuring that room allocations and check in/check out processes

· 
Has responsibility is to oversee all outlets and assist where needed, including Housekeeping and the Food and Beverage outlets

· 
Dealing and resloving appropriately with any guest complaints

$29.18 per hour

Qualifications

6 months previous experience in similar role.  Hotel experience required.

Full drivers license preferred

Able to hold a Managers certificate and obtain LCQ
