The 25hours Hotel The Olympia is the first 25hours in Australia, located in the vibrant suburb of Paddington in Sydney. The building itself was formerly a popular cinema, which opened in 1911 and reflects its rich history throughout the guest experience.
The hotel has 109 rooms on six floors and will feature event and meeting areas, a Levantine restaurant, a street café, and a rooftop bar with a view of the Sydney City Skyline. A new era awaits at the 25hours Hotel The Olympia which will shape and transform Paddington, welcoming a vibrant and diverse team, bringing its vision to life.

As our Director of Revenue , you’ll be the strategic force behind our commercial success, steering the ship when it comes to pricing, distribution, and demand strategy. Working alongside the General Manager and in sync with the sales, marketing, and operations teams, you'll ensure our bold brand remains as profitable as it is unforgettable.

Job Description
This is your daily contribution to turn our house into something special ...
· Lead the development and execution of a dynamic revenue strategy across all segments — corporate, MICE, leisure, OTA, and direct.
· Analyse market trends, competitor performance, and demand patterns to identify opportunities and adjust tactics in real-time.
· Own forecasting, budgeting, and pricing decisions — ensuring accuracy, agility, and alignment with business goals.
· Optimize distribution channels and work closely with e-commerce, sales, and reservations to maximize visibility and profitability.
· Collaborate on the creation of packages, promotions, and campaigns that drive conversion while staying true to the 25hours vibe.
· Partner with marketing and sales to ensure strategic alignment and to amplify revenue-driving initiatives.
· Represent the hotel at industry events, revenue forums, and brand-wide strategy sessions — a champion for both numbers and nuance.
· Continuously evaluate performance, generate actionable insights, and communicate results that lead to smart, impactful decisions.
· Embrace experimentation, challenge the status quo, and bring fresh ideas to how we grow our business — the 25hours way.
Qualifications
We are looking for you – with personality and that certain something:
· Deep knowledge of revenue management systems (RMS), distribution tech, and data analytics tools.
· Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance short-term wins with long-term strategy.
· You’re not just analytical — you’re creative with it. You know how to use insights to tell a story and spark action.
· You’ve got your finger on the pulse of Sydney’s hospitality market — and the trends that shape it.
· Pre-opening or new-launch experience is a big plus — you know how to build from the ground up.
· You're a natural collaborator, confident communicator, and motivating leader who thrives in high-energy environments.
· You bring a fresh perspective, an agile mindset, and you’re not afraid to do things a little differently — like we do.
