Job Description

- Be responsible for the oversight of the water sports and recreation area, may include supervision of the Lifeguard Team. This includes daily leadership of the teams supporting the overall beach, pool and fitness teams for all hotel guests and membership driven activities. 

- Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures manual of the resort

- Support strategic partnerships if relevant to drive awareness and guest experience.

- Guest quality training and leading frontline guest engagement.

-  Administrative duties.

- Training and coaching of new colleagues. 

Qualifications

·  Background in recreation and water sports set up and memberships, fitness is an asset.
·  5-star luxury experience is an asset.
·  Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the industry or hospitality.
·  CPR – Basic Rescuer.
