Job Description

To assists in the preparation and production of a variety of baked goods and pastries.

This role involves working under the supervision of the executive sous chef to ensure high-quality products are consistently produced.

The Demi Chef Bakery contributes to the daily operations of the bakery, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

·  Education: Culinary diploma or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen, with a focus on baking and pastry arts preferred.
·  Experience: Previous experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen, preferably with some experience in a similar role.
·  Skills: Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredient handling, and pastry presentation. Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions. Good organizational and time-management skills.
