Job Description
Join our Global Corporate Communications team as a member of the Image & Influence unit, where you'll collaborate with specialists in press and media relations, social media, crisis management, and branding. Your role will involve coordinating and executing comprehensive, cross-functional projects on a global scale, ensuring our brand's image and influence are meticulously crafted and maintained.
Key responsibilities
· Monitoring and analysis for PR & Social Media
· Conduct daily review monitoring of Accor's news, hospitality trends, and competitors.
· Moderate social media comments with the operational support of our agency.
· Analyze emerging media trends and content.
· Compile reports on media coverage and social media analytics.
· Editorial and PR
· Craft briefs and speeches for Top Management and Executive Committee members.
· Handle requests from journalists and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) such as crafting responses, comments, visuals…
· Review external communications contents such as social media captions, press releases both in French and in English
· Management and update of PR tools such as media network and contacts, media subscriptions and newspapers
· Project management
· Coordinate the improvement of our Newsroom, introducing new features.
· Participate to external events organization (such as financial results, general assembly)
· Organize and coordinate photo and video shoots, ensuring alignment with our brand's image and messaging, while managing logistics, schedules, and collaborations with creative teams and external partners.
· Engage in collaborative, cross-functional communications projects with internal clients across various corporate topics (CSR, Procurement, Talent & Culture, Social Care & Impact, ALL, Sales, brands…).
· Assist in developing and deploying corporate influence campaigns.
Qualifications
Your profile
· Degree from a business school or university (equivalent to Master's level).
· Exceptional editorial skills and detailed-oriented.
· True team player with excellent versatility, autonomy.
· Curious, creative, and proactive.
· Fluent in English.
