Job Description
As our next Chef De Partie, you will:
· Prepare and cook all food items in specific sections with a sense of urgency
· Monitor food preparation and wastage cost
· Multitask under pressure
· Manage your own work well
· Cleaning of your work section, temperature control and record-keeping
· Adhere to local regulations concerning Health & Safety.
Qualifications
Skills & Experience
· Prior experience in a similar position
· Prior experience in a similar industry is preferable but not required
· Can deal with high volumes of orders
· Work well in a team & positive attitude
· Work autonomously and in a team
