Job Description
· Greet and welcome guests, assist with breakfast menu enquiries.
· Be knowledgeable of and operate within the Food Safety Program (e.g. Awareness of allergies and dietary requirements)
· Maintain hygienic food service techniques at all times.
· Maintain clean and neat presentation of breakfast area(s), following set opening, closing and daily procedures.
· Take responsibility for your designated section and station
Qualifications
Knowledge and Experience
· Customer service experience or experience in a similar environment
· An awareness of food safety practices preferred.
· Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
