Key tasks
Banquet Operation
• Organize and transport all supplies required for the set-up of a function
• Assist in the set up and break down function rooms according to standard operating procedures
• Prepare and ensure mise-en-place is complete
• Deliver F&B/banquet services in accordance to departmental standards and procedures
• Ensure that all service and storage areas are kept safe, clean and locked
• Report any complaints, incidents or any other irregularities to management
• Perform functions of cashiering and dispensing of beverages as assigned
